Great eye candy! When you need to just sit, stand, lie around or generally blob out - this is it. Boys' Own to the max!

Of course, there are draw backs. The reader is required to accept the American
point of view all the way. At least the book is honest enough to address the
question of differences among the various institutions involved in the complex
U.S. political scene.
 In other times this book would have been described as a "rollicking good read" and
it is.    ENJOY!!!
